Turmeric is a spice that’s been around for thousands of years and used in India as medicine and for cooking. One of the active ingredients in turmeric is curcumin, which has been shown to decrease inflammation and is a powerful antioxidant.

Curcumin has been found to help with:

•Rheumatoid arthritis

•Alzheimer’s disease

•Ulcerative Colitis

•Diabetes

Give the golden milk latte a try! 😋🍵

*Turmeric should be consumed with black pepper (piperine) to aid in absorption.
