The beauty of health and nutrition counseling is that sessions can be held in-person or over the phone. If you live or work in Marina del Rey, sessions can be held in-person, in your office, home or public venue.  If you live in greater Los Angeles, long-distance or would prefer the convenience of speaking by phone, your sessions will occur as phone meetings.

HOW IT WORKS ~ PERSONAL TRAINING

An initial session will include:

  • A full health history including any past injuries, health related issues, or any other medical problems you deem related. Usually goals are discussed and workout plan is laid out in a prior phone call or meeting session.

  • We will take you through a functional movement screen that assesses the seven basic movements in life and identifies your areas of strength and weakness. A lot of what we do is work on corrective form before we place you in any more difficult exercises or routines.

Each workout is individualized to your goals and is based on the latest scientific research. Each session thereafter will be 60 minutes and comprise of a warm-up, circuit style training customized to your goals and fitness level, followed by a stretch.

Initial session: 90 minutes
Typical training session: 60 minutes
